本数据集由国家农业科学数据中心（动物科学和动物医学）建设。该数据集根据科学数据共享的要求，主要收集中国饲料加工业和养殖业中常用的25种饲料中的鸡饲料标准回肠氨基酸消化率数据，参考了EVONIK Industries AminoDat 5.0 (2016)。数据内容包括饲料干物质(DM，%)、粗蛋白质(CP，%)及12种氨基酸消化率数据，包括精氨酸(Arg，%)、组氨酸(His，%)、异亮氨酸(Ile，%)、亮氨酸(Leu，%)、赖氨酸(Lys，%)、蛋氨酸(Met，%)、胱氨酸(Cys，%) 、苯丙氨酸(Phe，%)、酪氨酸(Tyr，%)、苏氨酸(Thr，%)、色氨酸(Trp，%)、缬氨酸(Val，%)。所有数据，无特别说明者，均表示为饲喂状态的含量数据。
This dataset was developed by the National Agricultural Science Data Center (Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine). In accordance with the requirements for scientific data sharing, it mainly collects standardized ileal amino acid digestibility data of chicken feed from 25 common feed types used in China's feed processing and animal husbandry industries, with reference to EVONIK Industries AminoDat 5.0 (2016). The data includes feed dry matter (DM, %), crude protein (CP, %), and digestibility data for 12 amino acids, namely arginine (Arg, %), histidine (His, %), isoleucine (Ile, %), leucine (Leu, %), lysine (Lys, %), methionine (Met, %), cystine (Cys, %), phenylalanine (Phe, %), tyrosine (Tyr, %), threonine (Thr, %), tryptophan (Trp, %), and valine (Val, %). All data, unless otherwise specified, represent values measured under feeding conditions.
